RIP Smackey

I forgot to mention Steve Mackey's passing (3/2). He was my favorite bass player, so I feel like I should at least make note of his death... I guess I don't really have much to say about it after all, but it's very sad. He was 56.

I knew he wasn't going to be doing the Pulp reunion tour, and that bummed me out, but damn... He's gone forever. It's really sinking in as I sit here, listening to his grooves on This is Hardcore. He was so fucking good.
