A follow up to this post: My sweetheart strongly recommends I read Slaughterhouse-Five by Kurt Vonnegut! I've heard it mentioned a lot, it's a very popular book, but I'm hesitant because I know it's about World War II and I wonder if I won't be confused by all the war terminology and stuff? History is not really my forte! But I'm going to try it anyway.
I also added Flea's autobiography, Acid for the Children to my Amazon wishlist! Maybe I'm jumping the gun since I'm not even sure I'll even be able to read it, what with my (untreated) ADHD, but I'm looking forward to giving it a try. |
